This place is refusing to pay out my winnings. I won 3000 CAD on a free chip and they capped it at one hundred and sixty which I accepted but then the money never hit my bank.

I did what they asked and requested a check instead but it’s been 12 days and now they are saying they have to audit the 160 all over again. Why do I need another audit when you already did one before?

No one will give me a straight answer on why it’s taking so long when they promised the check would be mailed in a week. They just keep saying I should be happy it was free play. What do I even do now to get my money? Truly a great experience.
