tbh I was really nervous about joining this site after reading some horror stories online about other places. I only put in 45 CAD to start just to see what would happen. but wow I was actually surprised. the site is really easy to use and not confusing at all like some others. I found some cool new slots I hadn’t seen before and there are so many bonuses. I even chatted with support about a promo and they answered me in like two minutes. it really made me feel better about playing here. best regards to the team.

There is a major problem with the withdrawal limits on this site , the page says i can withdraw up to 1200 CAD a day but every time i try it says i am exceeding the limit , i tried 1100 1000 and even 800 but it still says no and says the max is actually 600!! why does the site say one thing and the cashier do another , it has been 4 days and i still havent gotten my monye , i keep getting the same copy-paste message about the finance department reviewing it but no emails are being answered , i need to know when i am getting my payout??

I was really hoping for a win today to help with some upcoming bills and decided to put 60 CAD into SMOKACE. I actually did well and got up to 1800 CAD on the slots. When I tried to CASH OUT they BLOCKED my account completely. They said it was because my ex had an account here years ago when we lived together but we have nothing to do with each other now and use totally different banks. It’s so UNFAIR they just took the money I won honestly. I’m just sitting here crying because I really needed that money and they won’t even ANSWER MY EMAILS now. Baaaaad service.
