i thought id treat myself after a long week of work and joined up about 3 months ago. had some small wins here and there and every time i went to withdraw they made me send in more proof which i did. well today i finally hit a decent win of 650 cad and tried to take it out. they started the whole kyc thing again saying they need more docunents. i sent them and they emailed back saying they are waiting on account info and to wait 10 days!!! i complained and then they just decided to take 600 cad of my money for no reason saying its policy 133. they closed my account and only gave me 50 cad. i was counting on that money for the kids school stuff and now its gone and they wont even reply to my emails. im so upset and just feel sick tbh.

Its a pretty average experience to be honest. Deposits are instant but the slots feel tight and I had to wait 5 days for a 45 CAD cashout. Play if you want just dont expect magic.

THEY ARE STEALING MONEY!!! I won 1200 CAD after playing for hours and I requested a withdrawal of 600 on the 10th. They say it takes 48 hours but when I asked chat they said I only requested it on the 11th!!! They edited the dates in my account history to lie about the time passed!!!!! When I told the agent she said it was a mistake but then my balance suddenly dropped to 60 CAD. I got an email saying they have the right to refuse any winnings. How is this legal??? They just take the money away as if I never won. I am so angry right now what am I supposed to do to get my money back?? DO NOT PLAY HERE!!!!
