Not really sure what to make of this place yet. Got some free spins and won a bit but the withdrawal process is such a drag with them canceling it and asking for more deposits and 30x wagering on the new money. Why are you still advertising bonuses that you dont give out??? I am a high status member and was supposed to get my weekly 50% bonus today but it is not in my account. Support told me we no longer offer this but it has been on the website for WEEKS. This is false advertising. Give me my bonus or explain why you are lying to your customers!!

i thought id finally have a good night after a long week of shifts just to relax and maybe win a bit for the family , decided to put in 45 cad because id been playing here for months and it seemed fine before , well i was worng , not only did they stop sending me any of the loyalty bonuses they promised but when i finally tried to get my 120 cad out it was a nightmare the payment system is a joke ive been waiting 3 working days and they say itll be 5 total because of the weekend , that was my grocery money for the start of the week and now im just stuck waiting and feeling like a fool for trusting them ruined my whole mood and my plans ,
