No stars for this place. I made a mistake on my deposit and added a extra number so it took 115 CAD instead of 15. The payment on the site said it was canceled but my bank statement shows it was processed. I contacted the bank and they said the casino side has to cancel it. I talked to support and they just told me to wait for a refund. Has anyone actually gotten their money back after this?? This is bullshit I dont know what to do now.
