I was just trying to have a little fun after a long week and maybe win enough for a nice dinner out with the family. I put in 50 CAD and they gave me 50 CAD bonus right away which seemed okay. But then I put in another 80 CAD later and got nothing.

I talked to the support person and they just said I already lost so no reward for me! I tried a third time and messaged them as soon as I topped up my account but the chat wouldn’t even open. Emailed them before I even started the game but they still said I lost so too bad. It feels so dishonest and now I’m just sitting here frustrated and out of money I could have used for something real.

I am so ANNOYED with this casino right now. I won 300 CAD and sent in all my KYC info but they REJECTED my drivers license because it lacks color even though it’s valid. Now they are saying I have to PROVE my JOINT BANKING account is actually joint? I told them I’m sick with a kidney disease and just want my MONEY but they won’t budge. I sent the exact same docs to three other sites and had no problems. Why are you making this so hard? What do I have to do to actually GET PAID?

total scam site stay as far away as possible. they use rigged in house servers to control the rtp and they have a predatory carry over wagering system where ur old bonus debt follows u to ur next deposit even after u bust out. i had a 9k wager requirement that didnt go away when i reloaded. dont waste ur tike or money here.
