Website wont let me withdraw my winnings anymore. Been playing here since October and bank transfers worked fine but now they suddenly revoked it. I uploaded all documents they wanted and it was successful. Now they told me I must create a e-wallet and deposit with it to get my money. Its ridiculous… I deposited with MiFinity and placed the withdrawal but its been pending for 10 days now. LV bet says technical issues but its the 2nd week and still pending. I’ll probably give them one more shot later this month to see if things pick up. It was a bit annoying spending 600 CAD without a win and getting zero help from support when I asked for a little bonus to keep going, especially since I’m used to better VIP treatment elsewhere. I haven’t even tried to cash out yet so I can’t speak on that. It’s not a terrible place but they definitely need to work on how they treat their regular players if they want them to stick around.
