im a level 4 vip so ud think they treat u decent but no. i finally managed to cash out 950 cad but they make u split it into 2 diff withdrawals and wait days and days. then i try to message my vip host and she doesnt even reply for 3 days just saying she was off. the games are rigged too cuz as soon as i got low it gave me a tiny $15 win and then then nothing for 60 spins. its honestly depressing how they just take ur monry and give nothing back when u really need a win. i feel so stupid for even tryinf.

Monsterwin are pure thieves stay away. Had 40 CAD and got up to 750 CAD then they stalled for a week with fake promises before cancelling my withdrawal and banning my account for no reason. SCAM SITE DO NOT DEPO.

Absolute trash site and a total scam!!! Withdrawals worked fine for small amounts but as soon as I tried to pull 850 CAD it’s been pending for a month. Support is useless, just chat bots repeating the same garbage every time you ask for an update. DONT DEPOSIT HERE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY.

Would give 0 stars if I could honestly. Used points for a 5 dollar bonus and won over 200 within minutes but they reduced it to 25 euros. Apparently you only get 5 times your bonus and then no more. Thieves and scammers avoid this site there are plenty of honest ones that actually pay out winnings on bonuses!! What am I even supposed to do now??
