General
Is GamblerSay free to use?
Yes, totally.
Do you have a mobile app, or should I use my browser?
We currently don’t have an app, so simply use your browser.
Why do some reviews have a verified tick and others don’t?
A “Verified” badge is given to reviews backed up by actual evidence: a screenshot of a personal dashboard, or a deposit or withdrawal log.
Reviews & Ratings
Is there a limit to how many casinos I can talk about?
Generally speaking, you can comment on as many casinos as you’ve played at. However, to prevent spam, we set a limit of ten reviews per day. If you submit more than that, the extra reviews will simply be analysed more closely by our moderators to ensure they aren’t bot-generated.
How do I get my review featured at the top of the page?
It’s all about being detailed and helpful. Reviews that are well-structured, include proof, and are genuinely useful naturally climb higher. Plus, the community can upvote your post – we sort by “Most Useful,” so highly detailed reviews get pushed up and make a bigger impact.
How do I report a review that looks like a total scam?
If you spot such a post, hit the flag button right on the review. Alternatively, you may write to us at [email protected].
Why hasn’t my review shown up on the page yet?
Most likely, your review is undergoing pre-moderation. Because of this, there might be a short delay, but we do our best to get your review live within 24 hours. If your review hasn’t shown up a day after submission, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I edit my feedback if a casino finally settles my complaint?
Partially. We’re developing post-publishing editing, but what you can do now is leave an update in the comments under your review whether the issue is resolved or not.
How do I delete a comment if I’ve changed my mind?
We don’t delete negative reviews just because an issue gets settled or a brand asks us to. Instead of deleting your comment, we encourage you to update it.
Trust & Transparency
Does this site make money if I click on the links to the casinos?
No, as we’re an independent UGC project. Our business model doesn’t rely on selling top spots. If we ever introduce affiliate links in the future, we will clearly mark them so you always know. But no matter what, financial partnerships will never influence the ratings formed by our community.
How do I know these reviews are from actual players and not bots?
We adopt a hybrid moderation approach to weed out the fakes. You may read more about it in our moderation policy.
How do you decide which mobile casinos get the Top Rated badge?
It’s the community that decides, not us. The GamblerSay Score is a dynamic metric based entirely on player ratings. For this reason, it’s impossible for an operator to buy a spot at the top.
Do you test the casinos yourself?
No, and it’s by design. There are review sites out there that publish biased or paid “expert” reviews after “testing” brands and mask them as real reviews. It goes against our working principles, which is why we don’t follow this model. Instead, we use AI to analyze thousands of real user reviews to highlight objective facts, like how fast payouts actually happen.
Account & Privacy
Can I use a nickname instead of my real name?
Absolutely. You may use a nickname or write without setting up a highly detailed public profile.
Is my personal info safe when I sign up to leave a comment?
Yes, your privacy is strictly protected. We have an auto-protection feature that warns you in the text if you accidentally type out personal details, and we automatically blur or cut out sensitive data from your uploaded screenshots.
