The new update for this online portal sucks BIG TIME. I AM CONSTANTLY BEING DUMPED FROM GAMES DURING PLAY AND IT AUTOMATICALLY LOGS ME OUT AT THE SAME TIME. This is unacceptable . HOW DO I EVEN REPORT THIS TO AN OMBUDSMAN OR OLG TO HOLD THEM TO ACCOUNT? When I signed up I had to threaten to terminate my profile just TO GET THEM TO REFUND MY $30 BECAUSE I COULDN’T LOG IN . Now it’s the same problems again. What am I supposed to do to get my money out? DELTA BINGO ONLINE IS WORSE THAN ANY OTHER SITE.

I FELT LIKE A TOTAL PRO TONIGHT!!! It was my first time ever playing at Delta in Etobicoke and I was so worried I’d mess up but the staff are absolute legends. Shoutout to Marava who was freaking amazing!!! She had the best energy and was constantly making sure I was having a good time and playing the right games. I didn’t even know how bingo worked when I got there but she explained everything so well I felt like I’d been doing it for years. Seriously the best service ever!!! Total blast!!!

Nora IS A LEGEND!!! Seriously if you have any problems just talk to her she is literally the best agent ever!!! I was so upset because my birthday spins glitched out and only gave me like 15 cents when I should have had way more like $25 CAD at least. I was ready to give up on this place but she fixed it all so fast!!! I am so satisfied right now you have no idea!!! I was really looking forward to a few spins after a long shift today just wanted to relax and maybe win a little extra for the kids weekend. Deposited 50 CAD and as soon as I opened Treasure Hunt the screen went tiny I mean so small I couldnt even see my balance or what I was betting. I kept closing and reopening the app hoping for a normal screen but it happened like 5 times in a row. Then that purple chat box just sits there blocking everything so I cant even see if I won or lost. I tried the 4 arrows thing like the agent told me but it did nothing. Site is just full of slingo now which I hate and the bingo is just confusing. Plus it keeps kicking me out to verify location when I havent even moved from my couch. Honestly I just feel so let down and stressed now instead of relaxed.

Basic bingo hall that’s clean enough but the security is kind of a joke. Went to the Etobicoke one and just walked right in without anyone asking for ID or checking anything at the door. Service is fine I guess. If you want to play it’s okay but the fact they don’t even have door security is a bit sketchy for a place like this.
