DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I only joined because people on a forum said it was the best but it was a total disappointment. There are NO positives here at all. You are super limited on what games you can play if you have a bonus active and i had to cancel mine because I couldnt open anything. The wagering is also crazy high. I played 5 games with 30 CAD and didnt win even $0.05 on any of them which is just weird. In my opinion this is the worst casino I have ever played at. How do I even get a refund for this rigged crap?

everything is working fine now and the quality of the stream and sound is actually great. had some minor frustrations because they can be a bit strict and inflexible with certain things but i value the predictability of the site. i’ll stick around and give them another go for now.

Oh bravo LevelUp, truly top tier service here. I make the mistake of winning $900 and they reward me by making me wait a week and harassing me to join their VIP program. Then the second I deposit $150 more and have some sports bets going they just close my account. No reason given of course! Apparently if you win they just decide you aren’t allowed to play anymore and keep your pending cash. Absolute legends of thievery. Thanks for nothing.

Finally got my money after a bunch of emails!!! I was getting super frustrated with the back and forth for the verification. It felt like they were just stalling but then I got the confirmation email from the payment team and the funds showed up in my bank today. The support people were actually nice about it even if the process is a mess. The games are good so I might give them another shot and hope next time is smoother.
