I have been playing here for about 6 years now and it is definitely a mixed bag , The positives are that the game selection is actually not bad and they add new slots pretty often , Plus the support staff is usually quite firendly , I have managed to cash out around 8 times and I did get my money every time , But the bad part is the wait , The withdrawal process is a total mess and can take weeks or even a month to actually hit your bank , Only once did I get paid on time (which was a shock lol) , If you do not mind waiting forever for your CAD then it is fine but there are definitely faster sites out there , I am currently waiting on a 450 dollar wire from mid Octboer and they are blaming the processor , That is my final word it is okay but has some big flaws

listen to me and do dont make the same mistake i did by signing up at this place. its a catch where they have great games to attract you but then they make it impossible to actually withdraw anything. i have 320 cad just sittung there for almost a month now. they lie to your face about the 10 day peocessing time just to keep you waiting while they hope you ll just play it back and lose. avoid this brand find a palce that actually respects players because these guys are just scammers.

I am extremely with how this casino handles withdrawals. I have a pending 750 CAD withdrawal and I’ve been told five different stories by five different reps! First they said no cheques then they forced me to download a bitcoin app even though I don’t use that. I emailed my ID 35 times now and they keep saying they haven’t received it. Every time I chat they say it’s escalated but NOTHING happens. Now I can’t even log in to my account. This is 750 dollars!! I need someone to fix this. What am I supposed to do to get my money??

I was really hoping to have a nice night, so I put in my 40 bucks and actually got lucky on the slots and ended up with 450 CAD. I was happy with it but that didn’t last long.

I requested my money two weeks ago and literally nothing has happened. I’ve been checking my bank every! morning and its just not there. I talked to support on the chat and they just said it’s being looked at and could take 4 more days (meh).

Now they say they are escalating it to a manager which is another 3 days of waiting… This totally ruined my week and stressed me out. I’m closing my account for good once I get my money..if I even get it.
