I actually got my $1,500 payout pretty quick through e-transfer so they are definitely not a scam site. I was getting worried because the site keeps logging me out and making me re-confirm my identity which felt SKEEEETCHY at first. The ui really needs an update and the support team is basically non-existent but since the money actually hits my bank account I am going to keep playing for now. I have to give credit where it is due, the team actually reached out after I had issues with my acc. They actually handled it over email and got my bonuses re-issued, which I didn’t expect at all after my first experience with support team.
That being said, the support side of things is still a mess and they are clearly understaffed. The wait times for the chat are usually 2-3 hours which is insane. I also keep getting emails for promos that don’t show up when I log in, and I had a $150 deposit with a match bonus basically vanish because the site went down and they said it expired while it was offline.

It took way too long to get my withdrawal approved even though I’m fully verified. It’s a fine site if you can get past the tech glitches and the slow support.

avoid this place at all costs it has gone completely down the toilet. min depo for a bonus is a joke at $75 and the games r average at best. support is a total disaster with massive wait times and unhelpful staff who cant even do basic tasks like removing a crwdit card anymore. plus the geo- location is broken and keeps locking me out saying im in the us when im in canada

They confiscated $120 of my winnings for no reason. How is this legal? I deposited $50 and they gave me a $10 bonus. I was playing slots and got lucky, but when I went to withdraw, they said I violated clause 30.3 for a $5 max bet. They took everything!!

Then they put my $50 back in but locked it with the bonus to a $3,000 wagering requirement. I already wagered like $700. Now they won’t let me have my own money. When I told them I’d go to the AGCO, they said they’d close my account.
